Hi, I’m Bettina — the creator behind Sparked Art I’ve always loved being creative, making beautiful things and, most of all, sharing that creativity with other people. Creativity has actually been a big part of my life for many years.

I previously owned and ran my own Paint & Sip business, where I hosted a huge variety of creative workshops, events and get-togethers. And while painting and art was part of it, the thing I loved most was bringing people together.

 

There’s something pretty special about watching someone arrive saying, “I’m not creative” or “I could never make that!” and then seeing how proud they are when they leave holding something beautiful they created themselves. I also loved the atmosphere of the workshops — friends laughing together, people switching off from everyday life, trying something new and simply enjoying being creative. I really missed that.

 

And that love of creating, teaching and bringing people together is what eventually sparked the idea for Sparked Art.

 

Sparked Art is all about taking your favourite photos and turning them into something completely different — adding sparkle, shimmer, crystals, colour and your own personal touch to create a piece of art that is uniquely yours. But for me, it’s about so much more than the finished picture.

 

I want Sparked Art to be about switching off, having fun and enjoying the process of creating. Whether you’re sitting at home with one of our kits, coming along to a workshop with friends, getting the girls together for a night in, celebrating a hens night or baby shower, or creating something special as a gift, it’s about taking some time out and doing something simply because you enjoy it.

 

My vision for Sparked Art is to create beautiful kits, fun workshops and creative experiences that anyone can enjoy — even if you don’t consider yourself artistic. Because sometimes all it takes is a little idea, a little creativity… and a little sparkle to create something amazing. Welcome to Sparked Art. I can’t wait to see what you create.
